Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sovvic.navea.ai and its content (the “Site”), operated by Navea Ventures, Inc. (“SovviC”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site on behalf of a government, agency or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About SovviC AI

SovviC AI provides sovereign AI advisory, ecosystem orchestration, architecture, model development, assurance and related services to governments and enterprises. The Site provides general information about those services.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including to train AI models, without our written permission;
• submit false or misleading information, or impersonate any person or organization;
• upload malicious code or material that infringes the rights of others.

4. No offer or professional advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, investment, policy or technical advice, and it is not an offer to provide services. Any engagement — including a Diagnostic, Blueprint Sprint or deployment — is subject to a separate written agreement, which will prevail over these Terms for that engagement.

5. Illustrative figures and forward-looking statements

Economic ranges, timelines and outcomes shown on the Site (for example, GDP growth potential, leakage avoided or sprint durations) are illustrative and based on methodology assumptions. Actual results depend on jurisdiction, readiness, scope, funding, adoption and other factors outside our control, and are not guaranteed.

6. Submissions and confidentiality

When you submit a briefing request, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle submissions in line with our Privacy Policy and with discretion appropriate to ministerial and board enquiries. However, no confidentiality obligation beyond that policy arises until a written non-disclosure agreement is signed. Do not submit classified, export-controlled or highly sensitive information through the Site.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the SovviC Sovereign Flywheel, the RAISE Index and related materials — are owned by Navea Ventures, Inc. or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. “SovviC” and related logos are trademarks of Navea Ventures, Inc. Other names and marks, including those of technology and ecosystem partners, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. You may view and print content for internal, non-commercial reference; any other use requires our prior written consent.

8. Third-party sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, including partner platforms such as AmplifAI. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Export controls and sanctions

You agree to comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws, including those of the United States, India and the United Arab Emirates. You may not use the Site, or request services, on behalf of any person or entity subject to applicable sanctions or restricted-party listings. We may decline any enquiry or engagement for compliance reasons.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navea Ventures, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or revenue, arising from or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navea Ventures, Inc. and its affiliates from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law applicable to you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nothing in these Terms waives any sovereign immunity available to a government user under applicable law.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
